Why we built Dunzo

As engineers and product managers, we were tired of "process" being a dirty word. We saw teams relying on stale wiki pages, mental notes, or simple todo lists that didn't scale.

When a critical deployment failed because someone forgot step #4, or a new hire didn't get their laptop for a week, we knew there had to be a better way.

We realized that modern companies run on code, but their operations run on hope. We built Dunzo to bring the rigor of software engineering—version control, automation, observability—to business operations.
